CARE
In order to keep your shoes in good condition, we recommend keeping them away from extreme light, heat and humidity, and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and materials. Clean gently as needed using a clean, dry, soft cloth, and consult a professional cobbler for more extensive cleaning needs.
Note: For vegan suede, a soft bristle suede brush can be used to brush any debris.

I contacted Veerah at their NYC studio to try on shoes for my wedding, and my goodness was it an amazing experience. My style is usually very casual - sneakers and atheleisure wearing - so 3" heels are not my thing. The memory foam is truly the difference maker here - I have never tried on heels soooo comfortable from the get go, and I couldn't stop commenting on how it doesn't feel like I'm wearing 3" heels at all. The shoes are so beautifully and responsibly designed, my favorite part being its versatility (with little loops in the back, every pair can be added with ankle strap attachments for more support). If you value fashion and function - STOP LOOKING! Cause these are it!

I don’t consider myself a ‘shoe’ person at all, but my experience with Veerah may change that. These shoes are not only in line with my ethics but are beautiful, have thoughtful details and are SO comfortable. I had some trepidation ordering shoes off a website sight unseen but apparently good fortune (and great shoes) favor the brave. I feel great about my purchase and feel and look great wearing them. It arrived and was the unpacking was a delight so beautiful.. every little thoughtful touch.. those things make people feel special and worthy.. its so refreshing and hopeful that a brand recognizes these important human interactions. And that even divas need gestures to support their self esteem and that others even people they don't know value them. I even thought about doing something I've never done bc I feel passionate about the ethics and the care of my experience and the product .. which is posting an unboxing video... I may still if I can find the time. The shoes themselves are beyond gorgeous.. When I tried the half size up (it was sold out of my true size), the size was, yes, large for me and would have selected a 6, BUT the toe structure is comfortably but sturdily supportive that keeps front of foot in place. The movement in the heel was nonexistent in the gorgeous ankle strap with the half size up, just as the VEERAH Team said when we chatted online. Great call on pairing the Emerald Green Florence with the Plum Orchid/ Purple Metallic strap.. thank you for such careful and personal care. I'm over the moon thrilled with my magical shoes...
