Like all the winners during the recently concluded Awards Season, we are still on a high. The reason being? Our vegan designer heels were worn by no less than celebrated singer-songwriter and vocal coach, Autumn Rowe, at the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards! She won her very first Grammy for Album of the Year (the last time a Black artist won in this category was in 2008) with musician Jon Batiste for "WE ARE", and we couldn’t be any prouder. Autumn co-wrote five of the album’s 13 tracks and was nominated for three other categories: Record of the Year for “Freedom” (a track that she also produced); Best Traditional R&B Performance for “I Need You”; and Best R&B Album for “WE ARE”.

For her “winning” look, Autumn sashayed down the red carpet in a dreamy Marchesa gown, adorned with Shay Jewelry and our Venus strappy sandal stilettos in Gold Goddess. We love how this pair complemented Autumn’s voluminous yet romantic gown with its classic, ankle strap silhouette. Not to mention, the Venus added understated shine which harmonized with her most valuable accessory of the night, her Grammy. Styled by Meghan Kucich, this floral statement maker was even included in Vogue Arabia’s Best Dressed List for the 2022 GRAMMYs.

Autumn Rowe is a trailblazer who is the brain, ears, and guiding inspo behind the songs of music’s biggest names, including Diana Ross, Dua Lipa, Avicii, Pitbull, Nicole Scherzinger, and Leona Lewis. Now, she can also add “Grammy winner” to her ever-growing list of achievements. This self-taught DJ also appeared on the second season of The X Factor, and served as the only vocal coach on America’s Got Talent for five years, between the show’s eighth and twelfth seasons. Aside from mentoring and writing for both rising and established artists, Autumn stays busy by creating and producing her own music—she recently collaborated with Norwegian band D’Sound on the song, “Right Now”.

Congratulations again, Autumn! We can’t wait to hear more of your music. | @recordingacademy
