After an order has been received by the courier, and/or delivered to the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the courier service. If you purchased Route shipping protection on your order, you are eligible for immediate return or reship. Please contact Route to start a case.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please review our exchange & returns policy and send back the shoes in the original packaging. For US orders, we will provide you with a return label. For international orders, return shipping labels are not provided, instead, please email us for details on where to send back your order. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will process your return and credit the original form of payment. It may take up to ten days for the credit to appear on your statement. Email us

Right now we operate online and we love to take appointments at our NYC studio where you and your friends can try on all our styles! If you aren’t local or visiting New York anytime soon, we offer free U.S. shipping & exchanges. We hear you, Warrior! For wider feet, we recommend sizing up and pairing with the attachable ankle straps for added support. This will be more comfortable all around, and the straps will keep your foot secure. It’s our foolproof method!
You’re not alone! We recommend fitting the shoe to the larger foot and then pairing with the attachable ankle straps to stabilize the heel on the smaller foot from slipping. Another option is to add a foam toe filler to the front of the smaller foot as it will push the foot back into the heel - you can find these online or a local pharmacy.
As with most shoes, there should be a natural stretch after one or two wears. Walk around the house or pair with a thin sock at first. To help speed the process, lightly warm the tight spots with a blow dryer while you wear them! If you believe you need to size up, please feel free to exchange your unworn shoes and try another size for comparison. Please see our exchange policy for more details.
We decided to make our core styles with the option to add-on your preferred shoe accessory to personalize and maximize your looks. We have observed that a vast majority of customers would prefer to either opt out of the accessories completely or select their own. From a sustainability standpoint, including the accessories for those who would like to opt out would be unnecessary or wasteful. However, some of our limited-edition lines will still include one additional accessory if it’s tied to the original design of the shoe.
Our entire assortment of accessories may be purchased separately, or removed on select styles. Versatility is one of the main pillars of VEERAH so you can accessorize your way, maximize your looks, and minimize your footprint! You can can shop all accessories here.
We don't have an in-house service for general repair or maintenance. We recommend taking them to your local cobbler to fix minor issues with normal wear. Most dry cleaners will also have a cobbler service available. If you need further assistance, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This is an unusual occurrence, but we stand committed to make sure you have the best quality shoes and service experience. We review damages on a case by case basis so please email us your order number and photos of the damage so we can further analyze the issue. We will then reach out with a solution.
Believe it or not we do get this question a lot. With care, the best pair of shoes should last a very long time, so we invest in only quality vegan, recycled and upcycled materials that will NOT decompose in rain, snow or other extreme weather conditions. If after many years of wear you find it's time to dispose of your VEERAHs, we recommend researching local shoe recycling programs in your area. When you're ready to part with your VEERAH's, we recommend dropping them off at local donation center or shoe recycling program in your area.
